4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with:

  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

5. International transfers

We may transfer personal data to providers located outside your country (including the United States). Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. You can delete your account at any time from the Billing page.

EU/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We respond within one month. Contact privacy@coinsight.app to exercise your rights.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege server-side data access — to protect personal data.

9. Cookies
