Refund Policy

CoinSight, operated by Michael Bunch, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on CoinSight Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@coinsight.app and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your Pro access ends once the refund is issued.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund as above if you are within the 30-day window.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Paddle's Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
